Tried to run on it at LMTR 50k, which only made it worse, but being a hard-headed runner I limped (waded?)all the way to the finish. Enough about me. The point is that I need to find 1-3 summer ultras of 50k+. I noticed you have run El Scorcho. I read about it and seems like a "run through the park," LITERALLY. Is it a trail? Is it worth doing?
