		<description>It&#039;s tough when the mind is willing but the body does not cooperate. Sounds like you gave a heck of an effort though. I am no expert at all, but could it be that you were overloading on the e-caps? The cramps to me might suggest a need for sodium which the e-caps should help. One every 45 minutes is the most I ever take, even in 90+ heat with humidity. I do take a pinch of sea salt sometimes with or instead of the e-caps and I have had good success with that. Nausea probs have shut me down a few times in a race before I started using the sea salt.

It&#039;s all an experiment of one, and what works for one person will not necessarily work for the next person. I&#039;m sure you&#039;ll do great at Heartland. See ya there.
